Peak 7 Concept. This will be the first phase of the development to be completed by Christmas of 2008. The large building to the left will be a Grand Timber Lodge development of 96 timeshare units. Master Plan Map. The entire base area of Peaks 7 and 8 will be completely transformed. The Peak 7 chairlift and the road will actually be moved down the mountain. Day parking and traffic will be greatly limited. Most day skiers will take the gondola from town. The overall atmosphere will be clean and quiet.
