Listing agents usually work for the seller to get them the best
price and terms for their property.
When you sign on with a "Buyer's Agent" that person works
for You, to get You the best price and terms for the property You
want.
By contract a "Buyer's Agent" works exclusively in Your
interests and will keep confidential Your financial position and
what You are willing to pay for a property.
An "Accredited Buyer's Representative" has achieved the
title through continuing education and proven experience in representing
buyers. Accreditation is given through the Buyer Agency Council
of the National Association of Realtors. They are your best source
for purchasing property, either your residence or a vacation home.

or building sites that best fit Your needs, not what my other clients
